We must continually strive to improve our schools. Our children and our teachers need constant challenges to achieve their very best. If we rest on yesterdays achievements we will soon be left behind.
We must set our standards high, then rise to the challenge. Excellence is attainable through hard work. We must all work together, and the board must lead the way.
This year you have an historic opportunity to regain control of the Oyster River School District. For years a minority has decided how much of your money to spend and what to spend it on.
Education is falling behind, taxes are racing ahead, and no one is held accountable. It's time to put our education focus back on the classroom.

No one should be penalized just because they can't get to the annual meeting. A single parent with young children, people who work at night, have to get up early the next morning or have to travel, and older residents who can't drive at night or stay out late on a cold winter night all deserve the right to vote.
If you answer yes then vote YES to official ballot voting (warrant article #3) on March 5th.
