APPLICATION TO THE OYSTER RIVER COOPERATIVE SCHOOL
DISTRICT BOARD TO INSERT WARRANT ARTICLE

To the Oyster River Cooperative Schol District Board

Pursuant to RSA 195:7, Cost of Capital Outlay and Operation; The undersigned, being registered voters of the Oyster River Cooperative School District, hereby petition to insert the following article on the Warrant of the Oyster River Cooperative School District Annual Meeting of 1999.

"Shall all such costs be apportioned on the basis of the ratio that the equalized valuation of each pre-existing district bears to that of the cooperative district?"
