Press Release: The Parent/Teacher Organizations for the Oyster River School District Plan a Meet the School Board Candidate Forum
The Parent Teacher Organizations for Mastway, Moharimet, ORMS, and ORHS have scheduled a Meet the School Board Candidate Forum for Thursday, March 9 at 7:00pm in the Oyster River Middle School Multipurpose Room. Candidates will be given an opportunity to make a brief statement and answer prepared questions and questions from the floor. School Board seats are open in Durham, Lee, and Madbury. Candidates from Durham are Bill Bowes, Drew Christie, Jim Gard, and Kathy McWilliams. Lee candidates are Scott Bugbee, John Collins, and Laura Levesque. The Madbury candidate is Bill Leslie. The Oyster River community is invited to attend this Meet the School Board Candidate Forum to learn more about the candidates views and ideas. Refreshments and childcare will be provided.
