LEADERSHIP: The school board must demonstrate leadership for the future of our schools. I will ensure the goals we set are clear and comprehensive so our children and school system are best prepared for the future.

COMMUNITY: Through community involvement, we can find better ways to meet the needs of the students. I will make every effort to be a voice for all and find ways for parents to actively take a leading role in the education of their children.

ACCOUNTABILITY: Clear lines of responsibilities enable administrators, teachers, parents, and students to become accountable to each other. I will support policies that openly evaluate the quality of education provided by our schools and will ensure that we are building on our strengths and honestly addressing our weaknesses. My ultimate goal is to equip our children with everything they need to become highly educated students and engaged citizens.
