Did you know that last school year the Moharimet community raised close to $700 for the Make A Wish Foundation, an organization dedicated to granting wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses? With last February's Penny Day total of $487.88 and subsequent donations made during the remainder of the school year, the Moharimet school made a significant contribution in helping to fulfill a child's wish to visit Walt Disney World.
Thanks to the generosity of a Moharimet family, a wishing well is now located outside the school office for ongoing donations to the Make A Wish Foundation. All contributions will help make a seriously ill child's wish come true.
