OROL: ORHS Administration Search

The High School Principal, Ann Brown, died from cancer during the 1995-96 school year. The assistant principal Nancy Winterbottom became acting principal for the rest of the school year while the district searched for a new principal. A new principal was hired.

The search process exposed problems with the district policy on recruiting administrators.
