The New Gym

This is a view of the architectural model of the proposed renovations to ORHS. This view shows the new gymnasium wing. It will be added on the southern end of the main wing of the old building.

The new gymnasium wing will contain a gymnasium that can seat 1000. The gym is the room with the higher roof to the left of the picture below. To the right side and front of the gym are 2 floors of other rooms.

The second floor will have physical education classrooms to the back and restrooms at the front. There will be a mechanical room, weight training room, uniform storage, offices, and a conference room in the middle. The second floor has a connector through the old library to the new classroom wing.

The first floor will have 2 sets of locker rooms to the back and rest rooms at the front. The main mechanical room for the whole school and a sports and physical education storage room will be in the middle.
