Re: Proposal and Scope of Work

Dear Mike:

Please find enclosed a proposed scope of work and our fee. The scope of work has been categorized into three distinct phases with specific headings relative to programming building and site. We will Coordinate the completion of each phase with the Space Needs Committee Schedule as described, concluding with a final presentation to the School Board October 16, 1996.

Our fee to complete the scope of work shall not exceed $5,000.00. This sum includes any fee associated with consultants hired by PDT and all expenses accrued by this office.

We look forward to working with the Oyster River School District Space Needs Committee.
