SUBJECT:	High School Space Needs Study Report

Attached is a copy of Jeff Fleming's graphic outline of the final report he expects to submit to the School Board on October 16th. He also expects to be able to provide much of this information in draft form at our September 17th meeting, and at the September 18th School Board Meeting.

Jeff has arranged to meet with the High School teaching staff on September 11th to provide them with a comparitive analysis of the existing facility, DRA's proposed program, a state-guideline program and PDT's draft program. This analysis will serve as the basis for gathering teacher input for final report production. The existing teacher want list has been included in this analysis. Chris Cairns can hopefully share with us the time line for returning teacher input to Jeff.

Jeff has been forwarded a copy of the minutes of our last meeting, and we will be sure he gets the minutes of tonight's meeting as well.
